Founder
Sunil is a dedicated and experienced professional who has a passion for property investing. He is committed to providing clients with the best service possible and in doing so, adding as much value as possible to any investment. This is achieved by working with investors to understand their needs to ensure that they get the best possible outcome; and by providing a transparent service to ensure that the maximum return on investment is achieved.
Meet the founder
I grew up and have lived in Croydon for most of my life. I have a passion for business and property investing. I have very strong values which include honesty, honour, integrity, commitment, persistence, dedication and a very strong work ethic.
I won’t be for everyone and to that end I won’t work with everyone. I will only work with someone if I believe that we are a good fit and get on well with each other.
I have many years of working with different types of people and offering a high-quality service. I have coached hundreds of people both men and women to become successful and professional train dispatchers who work in the railway industry working for one of the largest train operators in the UK.
I am part of a property group who have sold over 50 million pounds of property and have done over 50 hours of CPD training.
I made the transition into property because I wanted to get out of the rat race, to increase wealth and build a legacy for many generations to come and I want to help like-minded individuals to do the same.
My approach to property investing is build long lasting relationships with investors that are based on trust and mutual respect. Every investor will have different needs; therefore, each investor will have a customised plan that suits their needs depending on their goals.
